I have heard of the Nostradamus quatrains which foretold three antichrists. The first was Napolean, the second, Hitler. Perhaps the third is George W. Bush.

I don't know how you enumerate the 1st and 2nd. "Anti" can mean, not only "against", but "instead of", as well.
