you should go for it!!!! ask her out, give it a chance. especially after a year! if she says "no", at least you tried, if she says, "sure, why not", you get lucky. if you guys have a lot in common, everything should work out. hope this helps.

why not seek the direct approach - just ask her if she wants to go out with you this friday (for example). if the answer is No, don't be despair. ask her whether you can set up another date for her convenience. try to be civil about it if she said no. It could be that she's only keen in having you as a friend & not on a dating basis. if the answer is yes, plan where & when. it hasn't to be a perfect date but a bouquet of roses goes a long way .......... good luck

Well, just casually ask her if she has any plans. If she doesn't, then mention you'd like to take her to your favorite restaurant because they have delicious food etc. So, if she says yes then you come to her door with a small boquet of flowers. Make sure to dress in a long sleeved shirt and tie, and open/close doors for her.
It's all about being a smoothe operator. Just remember that.

you should ask her out, sometime when shes not busy you should pull her aside and be like do think you'd like to go out sometime and then see what she says and set up a date.. if you don't do it now she could be with someone else while you're left wondering if she would have gone out with you! take a chance you have nothing to lose.. by the way as a girl answering this i would have to say this girl is lucky that a guy is putting thought into asking her out!

You did say you were in college, right? Are you sure you're not a 7th grader and just trying to sound older?
If you don't get the gumption to ask this girl out, and soon, you will grow old and live in some old house and get a nickname that ends in "man", as in "The creepy cat man", or "The spooky sweater man".

You really should ask her out. If it's awkward, try to make it a group outing. Or, find out where she hangs out and just show up there sometime. Sometimes all it takes is seeing each other away from school for the sparks to fly.

Tell her how you feel about her. Be honest. It is hard, but just go up to her and ask her if she wanted to take a walk, or have dinner, or go to the movies. Good Luck!

I'm sure she like you too.
Just compliment her boots, or WHATEVER she's wearing next time you see her.
Say, "Wow, I really like those boots-you should wear them when I take you out this Friday"
She'll respond, "Oh really?" and you say" Well, I'll let you pay if it makes you feel better"
