All I can think of is your right elbow and your own right hand. And yes, it is possible for females to touch their internal organs.

the inner parts and your right elbow unless you can do this wierd twisting thing with your arm like some people can and the top part of your right wrist you can touch the bottom part or at least I can and the part of your arm between your right elbow and right wrist.

I can't touch the back of my right hand, I can't touch my right elbow, I can't touch the insides of my upper intestines, I can't touch a small area on the upper left area of my back, I can't touch the back of my right forearm, I can't touch the back of my right wrist . . .
