I'll answer what free will means, and hope this answers your question. I haven't heard the term 'free agnecy' applied to religious topics.

Free will means we are spiritually not robots. God has given all humans -- whether they acknowledge Him or not -- the free will to turn to Him or away from Him. It is so important to God that we be free to choose, that He even allows us to use that freedom of will to do harm to one another if that is how we choose to use it. It's a greatly loving God that would make sure that when He calls a human to follow Him, the human is free to refuse. Wow.

I don't know enough about Islam to know how Muslims deal with this concept.

Free agency means that you can be signed to another team. What in the world does that have to do with Muslims?

To me, free agency means the Cubs will have a chance, but they never take advantage of it.

Free will means power of choice, but not power of consequence.
