I'm not sure whooping cough counts, since the vaccine has always worn off after 3-4 years, and the only way to have lifelong immunity is to catch it naturally. But since Baby Boomers are the first generation to not really catch it as kids, it seems to be making a comeback as pretty much all of society has had their vaccine wear off, and is now vulnerable to it. Fairly harmless little disease, but royally annoying, and definitely more common the past few years.

I read that a woman in California had the Bubonic Plague recently. But, that comes up from time to time. The park rangers in many national parks even test the animals regularly for Bubonic Plague, so I guess it's always been there (just not as much as in earlier times).
