I can think of a lot of weirder things that some people do...at least he likes their fur, and not their poop or something...
It is a nice sensual feeling, don't worry...it's not that weird, unless you make it weird...don't ruin it for him.

i think he just likes the feeling of the cats fur..
better use a live cat which you can play with than skinning it for its skin right?
