Only if you let it. Organized religion was created by man (with the help of satan) to divide and confuse. If you consider yourself a logical person, STUDY the history of religion and you will find logical answers to a lot of your questions. The monotheist religions, or the ones that believe in one God ( Christians, Jews, Muslims) have more in common than they appear to. I look into the history of these religions will all lead back to the same place. There is one God, creator of all things good. Life is about making the logical decisons that improve your life and the lives of others. Basically it's a faith walk. If you trust God completely, than all the confusion will disappear, he is not a God of confusion or exclusion. He is a God of clarity and inclusiveness. It is man that uses "logic" as their reason for not leading a faith based life.
It's ok to investigate, He gave us the free will to do so. It is not infringing. God's will is that after you investigate, you meet him on the other side.
I hope this helps.

Yes it can, not always, but alot of the time it does. Like the earth only being around for 6000years thats not logical, or god creating the world(or universe, dont know which one he supposedly did) in 6 days thats impossible, Noah's ark, not at all logical, there are way to many species of animals for them to fit on to a boat, any boat no matter how big, we're still discovering new species so Noah had no chance of getting them all and then making them breed enough to have entire populations of them. I would say all these examples infringe on logic.

No. In fact, famous theologian Thomas Aquinas wrote a lot of essays and books describing the Christian faith in agonizing detail.
C.S. Lewis was a former atheist who came to Christianity and he became a theologian at Oxford University.
So no, Christianity can't infringe upon one's logic.

God is perfectly logical.
The things that religion says about God are illogical.
It is like religion put it's self in charge of something that it knew nothing about.

Marinate on this:
"The truth of the Christian faith...surpasses the capacity of reason, nevertheless that truth that the human reason is naturally endowed to know can not be opposed to the truth of the Christian faith."

"God made everything. God is love. God hates some of his creations and will see them in eternal torment."
Only a believer would find any logic in this.
