Really, go to her and tell her you like this boy and he is cute, and I said yes when he ask me to be his girlfriend. Believe me moms understand. But listen to any suggestions she give you.
Always listen to mom.

well, glad to see your question. I am a pastor and was for a long time a youth pastor, also I am a father of 2 12 year old boys and a 4 year old girl so from the stand point of an adult I offer you this. always be open and honest with your mom I am sure she can and will offer you great advise. also be carefull of the whole bf and gf lable . what I mean is its awsome to have someone to hang with, and know they care deeply for you but sometimes there are things they may want from you, be carefull and don't let yourself be taken advantage of. Do tell your mom and do introduce him to her. hear her out and then share your feelings with her. remember mom was 12 once too

Well, you are kind of young to be having a relationship, but you really should just be straight and honest with your mom about it, she can't yell at you for being honest. It's better than letting your mom find out on her own accidental, then there would be real trouble for you. Just tell your mom, you'll live.

Hi im 12 too. I just got a bf too. I live with my grandparents and I told them. They said as long as I keep up my grades, I can date him. Just tell your mom that you will keep your grades up and you will behave. Our parents think were too young, but everyone is starting to date at this age. Good luck!!!!

Well, just tell her.I'm 14 and i told my mom about my boyfriend .Actually she guessed because i would always talk about him and she wasn't mad at me.Just don't tell your dad.Fathers usually are against thier daughters having boyfriends.Tell her that you like him and he's nice ,smart and respectful. In fact,it would be better for her to meet him and his family in person.

Well, I'm 16 and I still don't have one....:(
However, I know my mom would do backflips if she found out I was going out with someone! Maybe your mom will be the same way...

Oh wow. I'm ten, and I have a crush (he likes me, but we obviouly never went out) and I told my mom easilly. If she loves you, she'll understand, and as for the not knowing him part, my mom didn't meet Tarik until June, and I told her in APRIL!!!
