I'm not sure, my friend's a chronic flirt and I asked him out just for the reason that I was so confident that he liked me, but he ended up saying that he just wanted to be friends, I was so confused. I think that signs of being a chronic flirt but not interested is if you flirt back and he seems very minimally responsive or uncomfortable. Chronic Flirters who aren't interested like giving, not receiving.
