I don't want to practice racism but if you is a black young girl.. I would get a nice perm, track ponytail and some rubber bands.. To get some nice flat twist in the front of your head and then let someone put your track ponytail in your head...

Thin black hair. Tan skin on whole body and make your bangs like long. Short mediam hair. Wash and dry and cool every morning.
