I have eaten Cucumber ice cream (at a place in Delaware that makes a few batches based on customer requests; they also had a mushroom flavored). I have seen, but not eaten, garlic too.

Well i have had avocado ice Cream. Wasnt bad. I like the green tea icecream. I think the salmon one is pretty weird.

There's a nut down south who invented Ice cream that so hot and spicy that you have to sign a disclaimer form in order to eat it. It's made with red hot peppers and jalapenos and its suppossed to be real HOT!!

made of chili and peppers, it's supposed to be spicy hot ice cream and before you can order it, you have to sign a waiver or if underage, have a guardian present and sign a waiver form
