There are probably a lot of reasons why you are feeling tired, but what if you tried to only allow yourself to sleep 8 hours. Exercising regularly will help you get better sleep as well. Don't nap during the day either! People with depression sometimes sleep a lot. There is a condition called chronic fatigue syndrome, but from my reading, it is pretty rare and usually an underlying condition is causing the extensive tiredness.
If you snore, you may want to see a doctor about sleep apnea. That is where you stop breathing for short periods of time throughout the night. If you are overweight, or tend to carry a lot of weight on your chest, this can enhance sleep apnea. When you stop breathing, your body wakes up to make you start again. This frequent waking up disrupts your sleep (even if you don't know you are waking up) and so even though you think you are sleeping 11 hours, you may only be getting 6 hours of real sleep. Doctors can help you with sleep apnea.
Good luck!

It could be possible that you have a sleeping disorder.
Even snoring can cause the problem - you dont breathe properly, start to wake up without fully waking up, the different stages of sleep get interrupted and mixed up so you need more time to sleep and wake up feeling tired.

your tired from over sleeping, sounds bad but its true!
set an alarm clock to wake you up after abou 7 or 8 hours sleep, and fight the urge to hit the snooze botton more than once.
during the day change your routine and do something that can give your mind a little extra stimulation.

Maybe you are oversleeping. Sleeping too much sometimes makes you feel tired when you get up. I just say that you are exhausted from sleeping but I am sure that someone else has probably already answered your question better than I have,
Oh or maybe Mono?
