Well, have you ever actually moved something with your mind? If not, it's probably just something that really interests and fascinates you. Feed your fascination by researching it; the science and even real-life stories about it. Check out books from the library, look up stuff online. Other than that, I don't think it means too much.

That could mean.
In reality, you are being controlled by others. In dream, you want to vent it out and control things in dream.
You want to people to notice you, to admire you. You can't get much from real life, so you do it in dreams
