Here are the verses that use "giants" in Genesis.
(Gen 6:4) There were giants on the earth in those days; and also after that, for the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them, and they became giants who in the olden days were mighty men of renown.
(Gen 15:20) The Hittites, the Perizzites, the Giants,
(Gen 23:2) And Sarah died at Koriath Gabarey (the Town of the Giants); that is Hebron in the land of Canaan; and Abraham came to mourn for Sarah and to weep for her.

Genesis 6:1-4 tells of the Nephilim, whom I believe to be reptilian aliens (children of Satan). Anyway they came to earth, and inter-bred with ancient human women. This is how royal blood got started. anyone who is royal blooded, is a descendant of these Nephilim. Please also note that where it says the sons of God, the correct translation should really be sons of the gods (plural). The Hebrew word here is Elohim, which is the plural form of the word El (God).
