Upper Tampa bay Park is near oldsmar and has a boardwalk you can fish from. Near Brandon hwy60 and 78th street. take 60 to 78th street and turn on 78th heading north you will come to some RR tracks and the bridge is right there good spot. And if you go to Davis Island there are lots of spots along the east side of the Island all the way south past the airport to the marina, Snook in the channel side dog park/boat ramp. and red fish on the marina sea basin boat ramp side.

Surf fish from the beach, or fish from a bridge.
