My cat Bodica has a loose saggy pouch....it almost looks like a deflated balloon, or like its swollen. She has been spayed. She is 1 year old.

My Siamese developed a loose saggy pouch after she was spayed. If your cat is otherwise healthy and active I wouldn't worry about it. All spayed female cats develop this "pouch".

Yeah my cat has hit one year old and is getting alittle pooch hanging down. She is very shorthaired so she looks skinny all over with a pooch! But dont worry, its just fat :)

Oh and she is spayed also.

Does she act sick? If so then you could be dealing with a serious disease. If not then she is probably just a little fat. Your vet can tell you for sure which one is the case.
