Blue berries are very good for you.
All fruit is fairly high in sugar, especially Bananas but it is no reason to stop eating them. The sugars are better for you than the refined ones, and there are so many other health benefits.

Watermelons are about the worst fruit when it comes to sugar, but remember that it is mostly fructose, not nearly as bad a sucrose or maple syrup.
Any sweet fruit, indeed, any fruit or vegetable has some form of sugar, since that's the energy for the new plants from the seeds. If you eat a lot of any fruit at one siting, you may overload your body with sugar, which is mainly a problem for diabetics, but can cause anyone problems.
Here's a list of sugar in a lot of different fruits: http://www.brewery.org/brewery/library/SugAcid.html

If you are worried about the sugar in watermelon, you have a serious dieting problem and need to chill out. Watermelon is also full of water, it is good for you. Blueberries are also excellent for you. Please don't worry about natural fruits and vegetables. Worry about juices and unnatural treats like ice cream.

All ripe fruit is loaded w. fruitose, (natural sugar), good diets stay balanced you just have to eat a lot less of everything or do a whole lot of exersize if you need to lose weight.
All sugars have the same effect, they give you energy, too much and they get turned to fat.

blueberries AND watermelon are fine to eat; the sugars are natural, so they aren't really very bad for you at all!

The sugar from fruits..fructose...is in its natural form unrefined. So its not really like the sugar you buy in the store.
Fruits are very healthy and generally not fattening. Also, fruits fill you up so you dont get hungry and eat junk.

All fruit has "sugar". Blueberries contain fructose which is the sweetest naturally occurring sugar.
