You might know he loves you, but you are dead wrong. He is using you to ease the pain of being rejected by someone else.
He doen't love you.
Dump him and run. The longer you care for him and let him use you, the greater will be your hurt when he finds someone he wants to see and be with. He is killing time with you, until someone "better" comes along.
Not only does he not love you, he doesn't even care about you as a friend. He is a loser and a user. He needs to be dead to you.
If you have no self respect, others will not respect you.

You need to leave this guy alone. I understand you love him but he does not love you the way you deserve to be loved. You said he is obsessed with his ex and has 15-20 pictures of her? Why would you want to be with someone like that? All the time he spends focusing on his ex he should be focusing on you. When you are in a relationship with a guy you should be the #1 lady in his life. At this point you are not #1 in your boyfriend's life he is constantly putting you aside to think about his ex. You will not get what you deserve in a relationship if you stay with this guy. If he is still so caught up in his ex then when he is out with you he is probably wishing he were with her. Is that the type of boyfriend you want? Dump him so you can be free for a man who will treat you the way you deserve and who will make you the #1 lady in his life.

Love never hurts. If he really loved you this wouldn't be happening. You may not want to leave him but how can you stay with someone who wants you and someone else. I think you need to tell him to stay away from you until he knows without a doubt what he wants. In the mean time you should regroup and get your life back on track and face the fact you may have to have a life without him in it. You shouldn't have to share.
