A solar cell puts out DC power. The motor you should use will be a permanent magnet DC motor. the permanent magnets for a low voltage motor like this should be of the rare earth variety.

A DC motor's speed will increase with increasing voltage assuming that the current is sufficient to provide enough torque for the load. Most of these cells put out enough current for small loads on small motors so the 1.0 Volt solar cell (or an array of them connected in series) will have the most benefit to obtain a higher speed for a given load on the DC motor.

We have to know the wattage of the motor. Multiply the voltage and the current together. That is the wattage. If that matches the wattage of the motor then the motor will be at full speed. If you exceed the wattage you will burn the motor out. If you supply less wattage then it will be under powered.
I am assuming you will have the solar cell under conditions of full power. If it is late in the afternoon or if it is cloudy, you will have less.
There are many other factors to consider such as if something happens to give significant internal resistance.

it depends on the motor design
the speed of the motor is not directly related to the motor power
