...to tell someone you love them. especially if they most likely don't feel the same way and it won't make anything better. should the hatchet just be buried already?

Well If you are best friends, I would say to think first if you can still be friends after the fact. I fell for my best friend and they dont feel the same. Now we dont talk or hang out anymore. If not then I would have to say yes letting someone know that you care that much for them, is a great left off you shoulders.

I think that u should get it out in the open to save on your feelings and that way you will know what the other person really thinks about you that may be the only way that you will ever be able to move on to be able to love another, So just get it out there i mean it might be hard but it is something that needs to be done for you to be able to move on with your own life.

You might as well toss all the cards out on the table, if you love the person that much. If the feelings are not reciprocated, he will most likely fess up to you. But if they ARE, or have a chance to become so, then BONUS!!! :) Best of luck to you...

Take it from me, I told a girl that I liked her. And she didn't return the feeling. And guess what I wasn't heart-broken about it, in fact I was relieved because it was one less thing to worry about. They may not like you but whose to say someone else may not. What I found was that it is easier to move on then to hold on to some fantasy.

tell them, it will make u feel better in the long run and it will also gove u some closure if they dont feel the same way and u later have 2 get over it.

It must mean something to you or you wouldn't ask. Why not just say it? Then you could put it behind you and maybe someday , not today, it will have a positive impact on your life.

I would tell them in a card or something. If they are classy, they will acknowledge it and let you down easy if it isn't meant to be. If they are interested, well, you can take it from there...

hell just go and tell the person that u like them and see what happens from there on.
i would risk my life to tell a girl at my work that i like her very much.
