At www.petfinder.com you can find anlmost any kind of dog you're looking for. They have listings for all the shelters within a certain radius from your home area. They also let you browse by what size and breed of dogs you'd like to see. They may also let you select the age to browse; I'm not sure about that. All (or nearly all) the dogs have photos. Give them a look. Your dog may be waiting there for you to find him or her.

If you found a puppy that was a blue heeler-corgi mix, it probably would weigh at least 35 pounds as an adult.

Try an animal shelter. You can find all sorts of mixed breeds in shelters.
