They broke a United States federal law. There is a proper accepted way to enter this country, some have used it.
The ones that entered the legal, proper way do not have to steal someones identity and S.S. no.
The ones that entered through tunnels etc. are fugitives from justice and are not entitled to any U.S. rights or privileges.

You answered your own question correctly. When you do something ILLEGAL you are breaking the law. They know it, that is why they are so touchy about it. They know they are walking on egg shells that could crumble at any time. There is a big ball that is starting to roll toward the Mexican border. They can see it coming, that is why they are squealing so loud, of course they will cry foul and say it isn't fair for them to be sent back, of course they will, they don't want to go and leave the gravy bowl they have here. But what isn't fair is the way they came here, the way they are breaking just about every law we have here, the way they are ruining our economy by taking all our jobs and doing them for such low wages, they way they think we owe them something, the way they are trying to take over our best towns and cities. And the list goes on and on. If you would like to do something about it legally, go to URL below;

Those so called Illegals, as you refer to them, have been a part of this economy since long before you were born. Do you have any idea what a blow it would deliver to the economy, if they weren't here. If you want to pay $20.00 a pound for fruit than that's up to you. Farms that once relied on family employment can no longer rely on that, because the morals of the so called legal citizens do not stretch far enough anymore for a child to work for his family for the better of that unit. They desert their parents, and force them into a situation in which they have to hire the cheapest help available in order to stay in business. The agriculture that is now considered the most plentiful in the world, (Breadbasket of the world), would be spun into famine. I don't know about the rest of the people in this country, but I have a hard enough time motivating myself to buy healthy food as cheap as it is.

Um, we ALL came over "illegally" if you really think about it. Why don't you worry a bit more about the criminals in our own government and a little less about people trying to provide a better life for their families. End of story.

They aren't criminals when they are practically invited over the border. "Oh its against the law, naw thats just a technicality, we don't actually ENFORCE that law, Wink, Wink"
A law that is not enforced can eventually be challenged as illegal. If we had enforced the law for the past 20 years, we would'nt be in this predicament. Do we, or do we not want massive immigration from Mexico?

based on the answers and questions I have seen here in the last few months...they think they are not criminals because they see the documentation to enter legally as "just a piece of paper" and they think that America belongs to them. Of course...that is what they SAY..in reality..they know they are criminals..

That doesn't make them a criminal. They do it for survival. Not in an act to hurt anyone. You better get a dictionary and learn the definition between criminal and law breaking criminal law include: murder and violent crime, rape and abuse, theft.

Because our government won't penalize anyone for entering our country ILLEGALLYor even enforce the existing laws...
there's nothing wrong with wanting a better life- but there IS something wrong with BREAKING a countries LAWS to obtain it...

Your ancestors came illlegally and killed the Indians, stole their land. THEY were criminals.
I came legally on a visa, didn't rob or kill, don't live off welfare, pay taxes, did nothing wrong.
Your laws(made by crimanals!) turn the most decent people into "illegals".
