A Scottish guy invented a thing called a jobbie wheecha. It's like a soup ladel on a string. And when you flush on the plane, the poop (jobbie) lands on the jobbie wheecha and gets flung (wheeched) from the airplane.
Not really, that's just an old Scottish comedy routine. All flushables go into a big container on the plane and get flushed out by a sanitation truck when it reaches its destination.

On the CRJ-200 the waste from the toilet is stored in a tank and is off loaded after landing much like an RV, waste water from the bathroom and galley sinks is vented directly overboard through heated vents (to prevent the water from freezing) the water hits the airstream and is instantly turned into a fine mist as we are going around 400 MPH

The waste system on a Jet is similar to the system on an RV. You have a holding tank that holds the waste in a deodorizing fluid until the aircraft lands. Once on the ground, a truck called a Lav-truck pulls up and hooks a hose to the output and drains out the entire load. Then they hook up another hose and pump in fresh liquid for the next flight. The truck then takes the waste and pumps it into a waste water processing facility.

It goes into a tank that is pumped out later when the airplane is on the ground. Check out this link for a picture of a lavatory pumping macking working under an aircraft.
