About a year ago, I found out my wife was sleeping with this dude while I was away on military service. Since then I've divorced and I started hanging out every once in a while at the same club where they met. She cut that affair off when she was caught, but now the dude is with this other woman, and she is ticked about him being such a flirt. I've just found out about this, after talking to her a few times. I didn't tell her about my previous experience with him. She actually would like to go out with me next weekend. I'm tempted to get with her to teach him a lesson. Being raised as a good christian boy, I know that revenge is wrong. But then again "an eye for an eye" or in this case "a woman for a woman." Should I go for it? I already know the answer. I just want some opinions.

Only if you could seriously consider having a relationship with the women involved.

This is simple - do what is right. If others found out you did whatever, would their opinion of you change? Would your opinion of you change? How would you feel if a friend of your did something that was not morally or ethically in line with your opinion of them? Simple - Do the right thing each time everytime no matter how hard or how much it hurts at the time. In the end you'll be the better person and like yourself in the morning and 5 years from now. Yes, easier said then done, but I am speaking from experience and lessons learned the hard way.

ah, no i wouldn't do it. don't let the woman be just an object in your game. sweep the remains of your heart off the floor and get your life going again--- and get that dude out of your life already! i'm sure you're the kind of guy who wants a life that's not wasted and fairly deep-reaching... this isn't the right road to obtain that. god bless

Its not the best thing to do. If this lady really likes you , then your cheating her out of what she might think will become a relationship and besides revenge is over rated, I say forget about it.

Yeah sure...its just natural for someone to want to get revenge on someone who hurt them or their family...going out wtih this girl could end up in marriage...so just take a chance.

If it'll be make you feel better sure why not. Karma has its way of coming back around in threefold so why hurt the girl a second time?

**** her brains out, that guy sounds like a douche, if you can get her to help you plot a scheme against him, so that he gets the message.

Working out elaborate schemes with women who hate certain men is really fun and gives me a rush, I suggest you do that.

You know that saying about when you sleep with someone you're also sleeping with everyone they've ever slept with?
So you want to sleep with this guy again? Really?

no, because you've already stated what you know. No revenge. It isn't worth it. Besides Christians don't need to take revenge. God is already doing it.
