e troubleshoot network program and googletoolbar1.dll when i try to delete either, it says cant delete, access is denied so what should i do?

follow the following simple steps:-
1st check in add/ remove programs ifthe toolbar is listed. if so remove.
2nd delete the google folder by exploring the cmptr.
3rd start>run>type "regedit" , the registry editor shall open
4th press ctrl+F- search for google and delete the entry
that should solve the problem

do log on as the administrator at the outset.
