I believe the proper term for the melange of meat comprising McNuggets (if that's what you're referring to) is "trimmings". I'll leave you to figure out what that means, but I'm sure you get the drift.

This is sooo gross but you asked. The chicken nuggets from McDonald's are made from the breasts of chickens. Now, not just any chicken breasts, they have to be oversized. Ur eating chicken boobs. GROSS
