i think it may be possible for some to do it !! I saw a old man one time stick his finger all the way up his nose until his finger was at the last knuckle or first knuckle from the wrist depends on how you look at it. and he was cross eyed.when he pulled out his finger he had a green snotty booger the size of a lemon stuck to it.

You can pick your friends. You can even pick your nose. But you cant pick your friend's nose.
As for bugars and brains, I've seen some people digging so deep I thought they'd be able to scratch their brain.

I guess in the sense of "thinking", picking my brain whilst picking my nose
oh unless you have an open hold in your head leading to your brain, but then you have more problems than multitasking your pickings..
