I just bought a German Shepard puppy and when I called the guy today to get my puppies papers. He said he did not register him. Both his parents are registerd but he can't find there papers. Is there anyway I get take him to my vet to find out?

yeah take a DNA Test on him thats how I found out my dogs breed

there's no way to be 100% sure just by looking at the dog. if the guy can SHOW YOU the both parents papers it's probaly pure bred, BUT the odds of a stray coming in and having his way with mom dog are pretty good too. Without papers for the actual puppy it's anyones guess

click on the website that is a contract, maybe you can get the person who sold you the puppy to fill this out, and then maybe it will help you get the necessary papers.

Why does it matter? unless your going to show a dog just love your dog, not try to prove thats its a purebred. You need to take care of your dog, papers dont matter.

write to the kennel club with details of parents if they have papers they should be k.c. registered
