Matthew 18:20 says, "For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."

I would say that means you can worship anywhere, but you should worship together.

Can't quote you a passage where God insists on being worshipped only in a church.
Reason?
Its not the case.
Have a peak at John 4:20 - 23.
It indicates that the important thing is not where, but what we believe, or worship.
Mind you, that does not mean we can merrily worship God all alone.
He does have an organization on earth.

I would say " yes we can worship God Everywhere "
But in the case of worshiping inside the church, it is the most and best worship of all worships.... Because inside the church we pray as a community...
and take note: Outside the church there is no Salvation....

You can worship God anywhere! I like to spend my quality time with God when I'm in the shower, or in my bedroom after the children are sleep and the house is quiet.
Church is a good place to fellowship and gain strength from our leaders and other Christians, but your worship is your private time with God. It's just you and Him. Church is not the only place where you can get close to God.

You can worship God anywhere, anytime. There is scripture about where two or more are gathered, so on. I think though that it's like attending Alcoholic's Anonymous, you get strength from being around like minded people. Personally I don't go to church because I like to keep my sins between myself and the good Lord.

There is NO such Biblical Scripture to quote about Worshiping God only in a Church building. People may worship WHEREVER they want. At home - at the park - but its not common sense to disturb the workplace or shopping center.

Silent prayers in public is okay too. There is No Bible scripture against it.

The "church" in the Bible is people gathered together for the common purpose of worshipping God and helping each other. It is not a building.

Worship anywhere you desire with all your heart and will!

BUT, do not forsake the fellowsip; it's critical to whole Christian growth.

For starters, the church is the congregation of people gathered...not the building. Even in "church" we worship God in our hearts. The Father seeks after those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth, living our lives in such a way as we worship and glorify Him. Those are the true worshipers of God, not just those who give him "lip service" in a building we commonly refer to as "church." ***see John 4:23

Worship Him everywhere.
At the same time, church plays a vital role.

Hebrews 10:24-25 (NLT)
24 Think of ways to encourage one another to outbursts of love and good deeds.

25 And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage and warn each other, especially now that the day of his coming back again is drawing near.

St.Paul says in one of his Epistles,"...and don't forget to gather together in worship".That is the only place in all 66 books of the Bible(Protestant)That said, you can worship on Mon.,Tues.,Wed etc,God doesn't care but you must know how and why,and especially what you're worshipping, and do it correctly. That's why church is good, you learn the right way(most of the time)If you're one of those folks who saya"Hey,man when I'm in the forest I see God in the rocks and the trees man..." then you got it wrong. What you should say is God thru Jesus our Lord made all these wonderful trees and rocks and animals in the beginning and gave them the ability to procreate and allows us to enjoy them...."see the difference you have to give glory to the Creator not the Creation(read Romans chapters 1&2)First learn about God then you can properly worship Him any time any whereSee Collosians chapters 1&2 also.
