No....Thats why they fluff out their wings and splash in bird baths. :)

NO they don't . They take a dip in bird bathes and do other things, sometimes when my bird gets really hot it pants like a dog. So I don't know if you see your bird acting funny when it is hot outside then it is probably another way birds cool down.

No. That's why you sometimes see a bird with it's mouth open. It's letting the air cool the blood in it's tongue to cool off it's body.

I believe they sweat like dogs. Not through their skin but by panting.

No, they pant similar to a dog.
