I'm pretty sure at least half of the patty comes from some kind of animal.

It's beef and I have been eating them for years and years and it still tastes good and gives me gas and that's that so to speak..I have heard rumors that they say it's made out of "horse meat" but that is bogus..I wouldn't encourage him to eat them daily but you know late at night after a night at the bar or just for a change they are pretty tasty..not every state knows what a "White Castle hamburger is"...

I have heard they are really good and that you can eat like 30 or so at a time...hamburgers are not all good meat its a mix of all kinds of cow parts...plus its high in fat so I would say to keep away from them or just have them once in a while

It's all about the onions.
I'm sure it's real meat.
Keep in mind that hundreds of millions of people have eaten billions of the burgers. As long as he isn't eating them three meals a day, he'll be fine. In fact, I believe he'll be a better person for eating White Castles.

It is the highest quality ground beef available. the reason it looks and tastes the way it does is because it is steam cooked.

Those things are disgustingly good. I can eat a dozen and still be hungry. Try them with cheese, they are better!
