Just tell him that you are not sure what you are going to want in 5 months and that it would not be fair to get his hopes up.

There's one big way that's really funny when you need to get rid of a guy. First tell your dad - you're gonna need his help in this anyway. Does you're dad have any guns. Mine has rifles put up on a rack. Put a rack filled with guns right behind a desk. Have your dad sit on one side. Tell the guy that your dad needs to meet with him to make sure he's "worthy of his daughter". Have guy sit on other side. Get your dad to ask all sorts of embarrassing questions and make sure he can see the gun rack! Eventually have your dad say something like "Now you realize, that if you do date my daughter, and you hurt her, I have absolutely no problem going back to prison" Have your mom in on it too. Get her to come in at this point with a cake in the shape of a scull and crossbones. If this doesn't scare him away your dad can always say he's "not very worthy at all". The end will be a guy that won't come anywhere near you if he knows what's good with him.
Have Fun!

This reminds me of my Mom...she told me that she told all her admirers to ask her out on a date the moment she finished high- school...now this was way back in 19forgotten- to be exact in 1965....she kept her promise...just innocent dates...no lovey dovey. She then chose our dad as her steady boyfriend from that time on.
I think an assertive no- but still delivered gracefully, will be better, if your sister has no interest at all.

the same way you get rid of any other guy, say NO thank you. seems like you are making a mountain out of a mole hole, it was a request for a date, not a proposal or a situation in an ongoing relationship. the world provides plenty of drama of its own, don't look so hard for it where there isn't any.

Your sister can just tell him that "she is not interested". There is no need to make up anything. People have such a hard time just telling people the truth. She can address it in a way that is not hurtful however, if she really does not want to go out with him, it is a very simple thing to say. "I am flattered that you want to take me out, but I am sorry, I will have to say no at this time."

ok you sister got asked out 5 months ahead of time. now thats just sad. yeah he wanted to date her but couldn't have like asked her out on her birthday instead of "hey in 5 months wanna go out". thats horrible.if he really did like her he would have waited til she was 16.
so is she 16 yet or not? well just tell the guy "i won't date anyone who asked me in advance."

Tell him that she will be washing her hair on that day. If he ask when can he date her, tell him, any day in the future that doesn't have the letter "a" in it. Maybe the 4th of Never, or the 8th of OctNOber.
Tell him to BACK OFF or you'll get a restraining order. Follow up if he approaches you at all.

i don't know what makes him a loser, but, i think it is admirable that he asked for a date first thing when she turns 15 and dateable...
however, if, indeed, he is a real loser...just tell him that you are not interested...if that doesn't work, have your dad, brother or male friend make sure that he gets the drift
