No, it's not possible until you speak with the spoken word. Now you can process and know exactly what your thinking. If you're hearing yourself think that's not exactly the correct terminology. If you start hearing voices then see a psychologist. It's all in the mind.

Sure...it's like reading and you kinda hear the words in your head when you're trying to figure something out...but sometimes when you just let your mind go...there's a zone you reach and all you hear is a buzz or high pitch tone. or voices...ya..voices... saying... get out of Yahoo answers...get some sleeeep....
Then again...I could just need some sleep or something. : )

LOL sure!!! in specific situations I snore purely a touch yet my boyfriend says it is easy and cute. there have been some cases that i've got started falling asleep and my noisily snoring woke me up! it is hilarious!
