Identity theft is a felonie
as is tax evasion
that's 2 felonies so even if you were a first time offender you be looking at 7 years before parole, and ironically your rights would be restricted even after your parole was complete(could not own a gun legally, could no longer vote)

As an American you would be Effed, literally. You're talking Federal offense, not something you would want. But to get out of it you might be able to claim your an illegal and didn't know any better. They might just give you a slap on the wrist then.

nothing drug dealers do it all the time , new york mafia does it also, pimps, hookers alot of ppl dont pay taxes and they will always exsist, ppl steal credit card info and hack computers and what does being american have to do with it. you think americans dont steal?

you would have many years in jail. and yes. you're stealing people's indenties practically. b/c once you have that number you have someone's whole life, everything they have, every credit card you can use it basically.
