Sounds as if you like the idea of being seen. I would hope that you would not be arrested, after all, you are in your own place. If others don't like it, they don't have to look in.

What u do in your own home is your business it is not like u are doing it in public or anything. I mean people should not be looking in your windows anyhow. So no having sex in your own home is not against the law but people peeping in to watch you and your partner having sex is so i reccommend calling the police if u catch anyone watching u and ur partner having sexual relations.

Yes if you are doing in knowledge of children. You can not have sex in front of minor no matter what. Now the tricky part is proving that was your intent unless you live across the street from a grade school.

If you're doing it intentionally so you can be seen through the window, yes. If people are going out of their way to see you through your window, no.

depends on the state u live in....... if someone sees u and it bothers them they can call the POlice dept and they will come to the house the po will probably give u a warning to close the curtains though.

i think u might.
u cannot get in trouble for "a private act" (i think that's the right term)- which is defined as an act that no one is affected by. if one person is a witness of the act it is a public one and I believe u can get in trouble for it.
i know it's not fair but that is the law

Yes, but generally the police will knock on your door, and let you know the shades are open....if they come out to many times....which could be just twice, they can, and will

I wouldnt think so, but maybe your could have them arrest for invasion of privacy or trespassing if they were close enough to see you!

I believe you can, if someone calls the police. That's indecent exposure - start closing your blinds or drapes.
