Vicodin makes me ill but Percocet worked very nicely. I had spinal surgery done once and I practically lived on Percocet for several months.

Vidodin is easier on your stomach and less likely to make you constipated. I rarely use Percocet, as I have had so many people say that it only made them feel sick without taking away the pain. I hear this much less frequently with Vicodin.

Percocet is the happy drug of the two. They both work.

Neither, too strong on the stomach and liver. Try low dose of Aleve for pain.
