They were not proven guilty. The "evidence" used was black clothing, Stephen King novels, and rock music. That's not proof.

I agree with your premise "Innocent until proven guilty." However, the article clearly states that they were proven guilty. They cannot be released now unless their previous conviction is vacated on appeal, and then are granted bail pending a new trial.

Therefore, unless they can get a "gee-whiz" lawyer who will work hard for them, they're probably doomed.

They were proven guilty so they should stay in prison as sentenced. I do not believe in the death penalty. It is up to God to punish them accordingly. I know this is a big controversy. If they are indeed innocent then their attorneys should be appealing their cases. If they keep getting denied then they should get new attorneys.

I knew one of the young victims family, and i have a son the same age as Steven -NO, they should not be released-ever!!!!!!!!!!
