Has any one ever tried that 48 hour hollywood diet drink? Did it work, what does it taste like?

I don't recommend anything like that. Those types of drinks might seem effective, but they are often times doing you more harm than good and it's one of those things that if you try and it works and you start eating normal again, you gain the weight back

The best way to lose weight is to eat normal. Learn to control your portions and avoid a lot of sweets, fats, and make sure you drink plenty of water and get reasonable amounts of excercise.

People think that in order to lose weight, they have to starve themselves, deprive themselves of their favorite foods, and excercise until themselves to exhaustion and that is not true.

30 minutes of a good brisk walk three times a week is good enough.
IT takes self discipline and it takes will power, but it can be done and it is SO WELL WORTH IT.

Diets don’t work – it’s a 3 billion dollar secret.

Get out for a long low impact walk everyday and then try some cardio stuff when your body is stronger. (don’t bother with a gym membership as 80% of people never go.)

Want to lose weight?
Let your body burn off more calories than you consume.
It will then start living off your stored up body fat (fat cells)
for the rest of the calories it needs to supply your body with
energy or fuel (calories)...you then will lose weight.
e.g.
>(let's say) your body needs 3000 calories per day...
>you take in (consume) 1500 calories in food, etc.
>the other 1500 calories are taken from your body fat.
simple!
