I think there is not enough hours in the day you can do everything you want. For instance, i always feel sorry when i must go to bed since for me the sleeping is just a waste of time. Though I remember, I read somewhere about Leonardo da Vinci's technique about sleeping 15 min every 4 hrs and you still have a perfect condition to do anything. In that way you sleep just one and a half hour a day which leaves you the other 22 and a half to do anything you want.

You need to set some goals, even goals for each day. Even small things you have been putting off - doing them will make you feel like you are achieving something, and that will help give you the confidence to set bigger goals.

And take some time to actually think about the things you want to achieve - if you achieve what YOU want it doesn't matter that you're not Richard Branson, you'll still feel a sense of purpose and satisfaction. Finding ways of helping other people can give you a great feeling of achievement.

yeah i get that all the time ...but do this- right down all the good things that you have done that you remmeber in the past two years...it will amaze you how much is actually there , then remember thats just the things you can remember...imagine other peoples lists of what you have done...then imagine the things you cant remember either and all of a sudden you should be thinking " Bloody hell! I need a brake!!"

I have reported glommyguy for abuse. He obviously is a sad loser with too much time on his hands, especially if he thinks the answer he gave was funny.
I agree with you, life is racing past me and I still can't decide what to do with it.
Before I know it it will have gone!

I sometimes think there are too many. Dear, if you achieved even ONE thing positive today, like caring for yourself, then you have been successful.
