Someone lying and bleeding to death for three days is murder through neglect. The good Samaritan tended an injured traveler. Though shalt not kill is a biblical commandment as well.
The Church of the Firstborn sounds like a cult rather than a church.
Christian Scientists are anti doctors as well, but not to the extent of killing off members of their flock. Jehovah's witnesses won't accept blood or tissue donations, but otherwise they accept medicines.

Lets get the record straight, Jehovah's witnesses do use doctors all the time. I personally use the Va,as do many of my christian brothers. They recently did surgery on one of my eyes, and last year removed stones from my bladder. All serious surgery. Some people are just plain stupid.
I too have heard of the terrors Christian scientists have subjected their children to, but not us. Many are well known to the hospitals, as we will not take blood...............There are many substitutes for it now, there is no need to subject yourself to infections any longer. Even the doctors who study new methods know better ways now.

number one. we as Jehovah Witnesses do go to the doctors and if we need to go to the hospital. I don't know why people think that we as Jehovah Witnesses don't go to the doctor. that is a lie and I am tired of the slander. we just don't take any blood. I would never be in a religion that would not let me take my children to a doctor. we get the best care for our families. I know many people who don't take their children for the shots when they are little and when they start school, have to get all their shots all at once and they are not Jehovah Witnesses

My church always says to consult a doctor. In fact, the church believes so strongly in medicine and in doctors that we try to work with them and we have created our own Catholic Hospitals. We believe that science and religion should go hand in hand because we have seen what has happened when it did not and it was not pretty (look at Roman and Christian history for more details).

There are many Christians that believe only in faith for healing. Odd if they hadn't left some books out of their Bibles then this wouldn't be a problem
"Honor the physician for his skill comes from God." just a line from the Catholic Bible.

Scientologists.

They not only believe they can cure physical ailments by removing engrams and little alien souls called body thetans, but strictly deny any involvement with physchiatry of physcology.
"Psychiatrists...murdered several million people - so it's no light matter...33 1/3 percent of all psycho-analytic patients are said to have committed suicide in their first three months of treatment."
- L. Ron Hubbard, Hubbard Communications Office Bulletin, 11 December 1964, "Processes"
I read of one case where by the time 1 women went to the doctor, the prognosise was go home and die.. She did a few weeks later from throat cancer.
Here are some more cases:

"Professor of neurology Günther Schwendemann: I can tell you with the utmost probability, that with adequate treatment the patient would still be alive today."
"Who was Heribert Pfaff and why is he dead after his scientologist doctor prescribed vitamins for him while he knew that his patient suffered severe epileptic seizures? "
http://www.whyaretheydead.net/room758.html
And read this personal account from someone who was in it for decades:
"A few months after joining the Sea Organization I realized I needed to re-order the medication I was on for Epilepsy. I was routed to a person they called the Medical Liaison Officer, or the MLO. This was a young man I was told was studying nutrition. He had no actual medical training that I knew of. He informed me that I needed to get off of my medication, and that he would write out a program to get off of it."

What does Luke being the physician have to do anything? Christian science is founded on a person who took medication herself on her deathbed.

Why do you ask? Do you not believe in doctors and are trying to find people who share your beliefs?
(For some reason, I don't think so.)
