The absolute best auto insurance company is 21st auto insurance. Then have the best quality, are rated the best, afortable, will not waste your time and do their job the best, fasted, and really do the job right. so if i were you 21st is the best for any age including college students especially when they won't waste your time and will actually help you and get everthing done quick and right.

aha! car insurance. well, the cheapest type of insurance would be liability. but it doesnt cover your vehicle in a crash, just the other if it's your fault.

if registering and insuring under your name it can be very expensive. then again it depends on where you live. i have auto1 and their rates are really cheap. i currently pay $120 monthly in ny.
