Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

A pound of fat= about 3500 calories, therefore 10 pounds = about 35,000 calories. To lose 2 pounds in a week you would have to burn 1000 calories more per day than you take in. It's best to do it with a combination of calorie intake reduction along with added exercise.

Each pound of fat weighs 3500 calories.. depending on your weight/calories needed to maintain current weight, you need to use diet/exercise to help you cut 35,000 calories.. I know it sounds like a lot.. but it's easy to do.. just make sure not to do diet alone as you will lose muscle tone... and never consume under 1,200 calories on any given day.. your body will go into hibernation and actually store the fat...

It depends how much food you eat. You dont lose weight by working off body fat, your body loses weight naturally if you burn more calories than you consume a day. You need to burn about 1,000 calories a day to get your body in the mode of losing weight. That means burning off 1,000 more calories a day than you consume. Hope it helps!

trying to relate number of calories to pound is nearly impossib le in the way you are asking. you might take it from this angle: how many pounds can i lose by changing the calories in my diet. if your goal is 10 pounds then follow this equation, work divided by calories eaten equals pounds lost. translated it means the more work you do the more weight you loose. or keep your work at the same level and eat less, or increase work and decrease calories and pounds go away faster.

when i taught college health and nutrition i found that the average young healthy person could easily lose weight by dropping their calorie intake to about 1800 to 2000 calories per day, maintain good health and lose about 2-3 pounds per week.

if you like to eat then do this: maintain about 2200 to 2500 calories per day and do low impact(fat burning) aerobics. this is simply accomplished by doing anything that will keep the heart rate up to about 130 beats per minute for 20 mins two to three times per day. drink lots of water.

getting the heart rate up is a key ingredient as that implies work. anytime you exert yourself beyond normal sitting, walking, or daily activity you will begin to burn off calories. so more work, less calories, or same work, less calories will result in loss of weight. fad diets are not necessary. lifestyle eating and working is important. managing these things in a safe way is essential.
