people THINK its a big problem, but come on, please tell me of one job that illegal immigrants have taken away from you. They do the work no one else wants to. They work in the fields and do hard labor all day and get paid next to nothing. There may be a few Americans who would do the work, but I'm sure they wouldn't do it for that sort of pay, and if the farmers have to pay more they'll go broke! The way it is right now to come here they have to pay too much money, and wait for years. They don't have the money, or the time, when thier families are starving. Also, people always say they don't even pay taxes but I've known more than a few in my life and just about every one of them pays thier taxes annualy!!! and people need to stop believing everything they hear on the tv or radio....its not all fact!

Nope. It's a very seriouis problem. If the Senate bill passes, there won't be an America for your children and their children - they will live in a third world divided nation with people walking around with rocket launchers just like you see them do on the news now.
Someone posted it's expected in 2 or three years from now going down this road would expect tensions to turn to violence in areas.
Now, to believe otherwise, having had our govenment side with La Raza, the master race that we have no future or place here only they do, you would have to agree that the American spirit can be caged and held captive along with any other minority fighting for control.
google 'coming race wars'. Now is the time to save America not by another war for independance.
How would saving about 450 billion a year by depotation and enforcing our laws not help the national debt? The guy below is way off.
I see American soveriegnty and keeping out illegals as an untapped new buisness segment yet to be discovered.

YES, IT IS A BIG PROBLEM ..... and No, I don't think they will use the immigration problem as a scapegoat for the war.
As for the war in Iraq, I had a feeling when we pulled out the first time, we were going to be back, and when 911 happend I knew we were going to go back in soon. The goverment was begging for a excuse to head back into Iraq. rather we need to be in Iraq or not is a hole different subject.

It's a problem but there are bigger economic problems such as the huge national debt that keeps growing and could very well cripple the next generation. Maybe the debt is more abstract, and fewer people understand it, so nobody makes a big deal about it.
But ask a finance or economics expert and they will tell you it is a major concern going into the future. Greenspan recently made a comment to that effect.
