If you were applaying for a job and a chinese person walked in and talked with an accent. He's looking for employment, would you think he's an illega? If a white man who's an illegal did the same thing and had an accent would you think he's an illegal?

I wouldn't think of that at all - it's the employers responsibility to look at their docs, not mine.

Now if I found out they hired an illegal over me, that is different.

at the very first moment, for the chinese person, yes. Now is another category of the people: Illegal. Many times, unfortunately, for many people,illegal means criminal

But now if a hispanic were to do the same thing, you would definately be suspicious!... why you ask? well!~ his own people have in the numbers, made hispanic synonomous with illegal aliens. Like whites and steak and potatoes and blacks with chickens.....so are mexicans and illegal aliens!

I send a resume' through the mail to gain employment, my qualifications and experience speak for themselves.
Education solves a lot of lifes little problems like the scenario which you describe.

NO, I would not care about accents and ethnic origin, that is illegal. I would ask for SSN and other documentation.
