The word is on a bracelet. The one's with the sayings on them. It looks like it might be a bracelet for a teenager or young adult. That's all I know.

OK, now I actually totally get it :). "Vibra" can mean "vibrate" or "pulsate" in English. If it's on one of those message bracelets, well, then I guess it's reminding you to vibrate... perhaps...
