Moist Brownie with Vanilla ice cream!!! Mmmmmm!!!!

Maple blondie brownie at applebees
but I learned how to make them
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt onto wax paper. Melt butter in small saucepan; stir in brown sugar. Pour into a large bowl and cool. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in the walnuts and half the chocolate pieces. Spread batter into greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Sprinkle batter with remaining chocolate pieces, press slightly.
Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until mixture starts to pull away from edge of pan. Cool in pan. Cut into squares.

I love deserts. but my favourite has got to be warm carrot cake with a spoonful of cornish icecream and milky way stars... yummm.
