I dont get the rules for deleting a question, I've answered a reasonable question only to find it has been removed when I submit my answer to the question.

Read the community guidelines Juan, also try the terms of service.
Those two articles guide the reporting process for yahoo employees.

As I understand it, someone on the board has to file an "abuse" complaint before an answer is deleted. So, it is not so much whether the staff is biased as who is offended among the answerers.

I have reported a couple of people who violated the Yahoo! Answers rules. You agree to them when you sign up and if you can't abide by them then leave.

Y!A only responds to questions and answers that have been brought to their attention. If you have a problem with a question or answer, feel free to report it.
