I like this guy but the problem is that he is 11 years older than me (im 16 he 27) yet he looks to be 17 or 18 and i fell for his personality. i relize the age difference yet i think he like me too he clearly flirts with me when we see each other. and we know each other through our religion. what do i do? please help me out.

How old he looks isn't the issue. The real question is: How does he feel about you?
It's the maturity level that is important. Right now, 11 years is probably a bigger gap than is desirable. It's hard for two people to really relate when one is fairly young, and you are, whether you want to admit it or not.
When you're 20 and he's 31, there is still 11 years difference but you are both mature.
Don't push, just see if there are common, fun things he does with a group that you would fit in with. This would keep you in his mind and let him know that the two of you have interests in common. Don't try catching him alone. Even if he is a perfect gentleman while alone with you, somebody else with a dirty mind might complain. This could get him into serious trouble.
If it's meant to be, it will be. It will just be a long term project.

My folks would kill me if I even thought about something like that. Then again that was in 1982-1984. You are 16, he could go to jail for crying out loud. I always dated guys my own age OR a little younger and older by a couple of years. But not that much!!! Do your folks know about this guy? Well good luck with everything

Just continue to be yourself, but you are a minor, and I'm afraid you can not have relations with an adult..wait til you 18!!

well for me age doesn't matter but you are still a minor and that may cause a problem or conflict. maybe if you are already old enough or passed minor you can have a relationship with him.
you say you fell for his attitude so i guess he will respect you. goodluck and be careful, adult men maybe tricky.

16 and 27, you do nothing. even if you do date your parents can turn him in, you are a minor.

leave him alone, if you like him.....you can get him thrown in jail for a long time...and since you know each other throughyour religion....then chances are, he is not flirting, he is jsut being nice

I think it's ok for you to like him just don't go and have sex.......No age limit on boyfriends just a age limit on sex........
