This is something that needs the attention of a vet right away---anything that has to do with infections in dogs can get quite serious very rapid and can go from bad to deadly in no time at all--so now--go and get the help for this animal that he deserves before you allow a very bad thing to get deadly

She better get him to the vet's, sounds like he could have an infection and if it busts open could get into the bloodstream and really cause damage. Don't wait, get him to the vets.

you don't say how old this dog is . if i had to guess i would say prostate cancer take the dog to the vet asap.
