Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

My motivation was looking at my body. I lost over 35 pounds. I prayed first and asked God to give me the will power and strength to not eat too much nor eat the wrong foods. I also prayed that He would give the me desire and determination to workout consistently. I went from a size 20 to a size 12. When I want to eat too much of my favorite desert, I think of the what I use to weigh and if I want to go back to that and the answer is no. Good luck. With the help of God, I have been keeping my weigh down for two years, Praise Jesus.

A diet plan I would recommend is the weekend off diet. This means you should eat less and more healthily monday through friday and then eat what you might like on the weekend. And don't forget exercise to stop loss of muscle tone.

You basically lose a pound a week on average;

You don't have cravings for weeks and months on ends for the foods you are denying your self;

You are treating your body with respect by feeding it correctly most of the time;

A diet I might follow would be something like this:

Monday - Friday
Breakfast: large drink of smoothie/fruit juice/milk/yoghurt drink
Lunch: egg or meat sandwich with plenty of salad
Snack (after work): as much as I like of fruit and veg with a green tea
Supper: smaller than normal portion of whatever is on the menu!

Weekend:
Pretty much whatever I would like within my normal daily energy requirements (though it's like feasting following five days of less)

On monday I usually feel ready to go back on the diet as I may feel I had too much sugar or whatever on the weekend.

Hope this helps; this has worked very well for me recently! It is alos great for keeping your morale and also your metabolism high as your body does not like the starvation that goes along with dieting for more than about 5-7 days and will start to take action against any weight loss progress.

Plan TREATS!!!

Every 5 lbs lost is reason for a REWARD.

Get your nails done
Buy new makeup
Get a new bottle of perfume
Go and have your hair streaked
Head out to the mall to a make up counter for a free makeover
Get a pedicure

Make a list of things you'd like for little treats that are NOT food related and reward yourself for a job well done!!!

For the big Milestones (20 lbs or 30 lbs) plan a bigger treat like some new walking sneakers or some passes to the local pool or a new outfit or purse!

Go buy a cute outfit in a smaller size so you have something to work towards. (maybe one size smaller). Then when that fits like a glove, do it again. Take pictures. Put your fat pics on the frig. Keep exercising. The boost of adrenelin will eventually be addictive and you'll feel better when you are good, than when you are bad.

Good luck!

Take a before pic of your self, focus on what you want to look like, pic out an outfit you have been dying to wear but it is tooo small and hang it to where you will see it everyday. Then do your stuff, exercises, watch what you eat. after you loose your weight. take the after pic of yourself so you wont loose control and gain the weight back...It works for me....Good Luck and hope this helps you! =)

It's hard to stay motivated if you don't see the results but what I do when I have started a diet or exercise program and haven't yet lost any weight is I tell myself, "Okay, well you look the worst you're gonna look now. Don't be upset. Everyday you're going to look a little better, but you're NEVER going to look worse."

Think of some very positive traits that you have, focus on those, not the negative. Now picture yourself with all of these wonderful qualities and a great new body. The total package.
